iGroovie and the Implications of AI Programming
I have a problem. AI writes code for web apps better than I ever could. Unless I want to make one for the love of the game, I’d be wasting time not to use it. Case in point, iGroovie. This is a new app that I had AI make for me in a couple of hours. The time it took mainly came down to my meticulous review of its work and numerous suggestions. I couldn't be happier with the finished product, though. Those who use iMovie know that you cannot add non-animated text overlays. This is an annoying oversight. Thankfully, iGroovie lets you put text on a canvas and export it as a PNG overlay. It's awesome! That said, I have some complicated opinions on this stuff. When it comes to things like writing, AI is lame, as it removes the self-expression from the equation. However, making a simple web app is not necessarily an artistic or expressive venture.
